I'm a licensed independent clinical social worker (DC) with nearly a decade of experience helping people navigate crisis, trauma, and life's hardest transitions. My background, in addition to individual therapy, spans emergency and inpatient psychiatric care, substance use treatment, and domestic violence advocacy — work that has taught me how resilient people can be when they have the right support.
Since 2021, I've worked within federal medical systems, providing crisis stabilization and strategic crisis intervention for active duty service members and their families, often during their most vulnerable moments. Earlier in my career, I coordinated a harm-reduction program for veterans working toward self-determined recovery from substance use, and served as a crisis advocate supporting survivors of domestic violence.
I hold a Masters of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and bring a trauma-informed, collaborative approach to every client relationship.
Whether you're facing an acute crisis, working through trauma, or simply need a steady, experienced presence as you navigate a difficult chapter, I'm here to help you find your footing.
